When I feel homesick for you I think of your wonderful apartment in Crestwood, and I'm cheered. I can't really explain why.
For the record, I HATE baby showers too, except of course when they're thrown by you and include great egg strata and include cool prizes like movie tickets.

JenJennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13173293906311077558noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24067464.post-23577811230319202972007-06-09T11:12:00.000-07:002007-06-09T11:12:00.000-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Juliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07050111738609344148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24067464.post-88493974438560080762007-06-09T02:34:00.000-07:002007-06-09T02:34:00.000-07:00I really admire single people that are comfortable...I really admire single people that are comfortable enough in their own skin that they are happy being single. My mom has been single for years, and I admire the life she has. She has friends, and family that are close, and is always doing something if she wants to. On the other hand is she wants to be alone she has that option anytime. There are many times I would willingly change palces with her.

Revel in your singlehood. These are precious years, and you should embrace them. Never let us wedded folk get you down with our dreary, ordinary lives. We look to exciting single people to live vicariously through.G.R. I, too imagine what people may be thinking about my blog. ("Enough already! Luke is funny, but how many darn stories are you going to tell about him?")

I absolutely love reading your blog. You are a window into a life I once had and that I sometimes still wish I had. I often think about the rainy day post and how I wish, oh how I wish, I could eat stilton and drink earl grey on the next rainy day.

I'm not saying I wish I was single with freedom, good food, and time to write. I'm saying I'm married with kids, macaroni and cheese, and not much time to write. So I'm so glad I can read your writing on those rainy days.

And I did notice that your blog was made private. I wondered why. And I was planning on emailing you to ask to be allowed to read.

SerSerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04902811976034141844noreply@blogger.com
