I make a new desktop image for myself about once a month. And this month I'm posting it here for others to use. I got the idea from Geninne's Art Blog, as I sometimes use her images. But often they are too busy for my purposes—when I'm in the midst of projects I have so many files on the desktop it helps if they are not lost in a ornate background image.
So here is my new desktop image, made up of two photos. The top one was taken of a window that reflects Union Square and an iconic NYC water tower. The bottom image was taken of old exposed wall across the street from my home.
Enjoy!
